The location of this hotel couldn't have been better as it is just off the main nightlife area and within easy walking distance to the city center. The staff were friendly and the rooms were kept clean daily. The breakfast included in the price was fair, offering a nicely stocked buffet with a variety of options.

The only drawback I experienced was the lower signal of the WiFi in the room.

WiFi Internet connection was very poor, not just in the room but also in the reception area. That alone would prevent me from returning to this hotel.

The location of this hotel is great, right next to the Reeperbahn and the Heiligengeistenfeld where the Hamburger Dom fair takes place 3 times a year for a month. The hotel's proximity to the St Pauli station meant easy access to Hamburg's excellent train system. The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful at all times.

I would stay here again, liked the weekend. The hotel is modern with free Wi-Fi and an excellent value. The location of the property is comfortable, to great bars and walk from a U-Bahn station. And it's by Elbe. Excellent, sensational breakfasts, everyone can find something.

Internet access expensive - should be included with room Same for parking - expensive and not user friendly. Desk clerk told me where to enter parking garage, but failed to tell me there was a charge, and failed to provide me a ticket to exit the garage - leading to a traffic jam when I could not exit, and had to leave my car to return to the front desk and pay for a ticket.

The hotel is located in a great area, near buses and quite close to the center. It's convenient for exploring the city and getting around. Additionally, the staff at the hotel are attentive and provide good service. They make sure that basic amenities are in good condition and that guests are comfortable. The rooms are clean and well-appointed with a comfortable, crisp bed.

All was fine, nothing to complain about.

Clean, good location, good price

I booked a "standard double" and therefore expected a double bed but I was given a twin room with 2 single beds so I was not very happy as I do not sleep well in a single bed

The best things about the hotel are the price and location. The location is very close to St.Pauli U-bahn, so it's easy to get anywhere - and the price (although not cheap on an overall German level) is very competitive for a Hamburg hotel. For the price the level of comfort is good, and overall it was a very good experience for the price.

The worst thing was the breakfast - if it would be possible, I would rather remove 5-10e per day from my hotel bill than have the breakfast. It gets very very crowded at times, and you have to wait in line like sheep, and the atmosphere is then very uncomfortable. Also the variety and amount of food on offer is very low - it's just bread and toppings, no warm stuff, not even porridge or anything. Another minus is that the rooms are not really soundproof at all. So on both nights of our stay some people in other rooms were making noise that was quite bothersome to us. ...In addition to the breakfast and noise level, there's nothing to complain about the hotel (for the price), and if we had any other negatives during the trip, they would've had to do with the city itself and not the hotel.

This hotel is in a great location, right next to the famous Reeperbahn and just a quick walk away from the fairgrounds. The subway access into the center of town is also very convenient. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable, with excellent showers. The breakfast was adequate, with a typical European spread of meat and cheese sandwiches, bread, hard-boiled eggs, and cereal.

Nothing to complain about, everything was ok.

Good enough location, very clean and good design rooms, helpful staff, al was O.K. except climate control- it didn't work.
